Meet Our Teachers
Brenda Kelly is the owner of Yoga Blossom LLC and is registered with the Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 (registered yoga teacher) and a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider).
She teaches yoga to children, older adults, and all ages in-between and at all levels of experience, from adaptive (wheelchair) yoga to advanced vinyasa (power flow).
She is a partner with SilverSneakers and Renew Active and offers chair yoga classes to those who qualify.
She is a PaddleFit Basic and Stoked Yogi SUP (stand up paddle board) Yoga Certified Coach. She was also certified through Connected Warriors in Trauma Sensitive Yoga.
Brenda lives in Mandeville, LA with her husband and daughter. She loves spending time in the sun and on the water, swimming, paddle boarding, sun bathing, reading, painting, and solving puzzles.
Megan is a Mandeville local with experience as a dance and yoga teacher. She enjoys helping spread the information about yoga and meditation and its mental and physical benefits.
Danielle completed her 200 hr yoga teacher training with the Yoga & Ayurveda Center at the beginning of 2020. She also completed her 300 hr yoga teacher training with Shanti Yoga Shala at the end of 2020.
Danielle is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a 500 RYT (registered yoga teacher).
Yoga has played a big part in her life for over 6 years. She loves the breath work that’s involved in the practice. Pranayama plays a big role in her life especially since she is also a respiratory therapist. She also loves practicing and teaching arm balances and inversions.
Originally from the Northshore Slidell area, Danielle currently live in Gonzales with her husband, their 3 cats, and 2 parrots.
Toni Varnado completed her 200 hr teacher training in 2021 with focus on Yin Yoga. Her style is gentle and restorative and her teaching will allow you to take your time getting deeper into poses, while calming the mind.
Toni is the mother to two amazing boys, a nurse, and yoga enthusiast. Toni's profound love and respect for yoga and it's related practices come from her experiences in life. She wishes to share her passion for yoga with others, as it can inspire a journey of healing and even create a state of peace within the mind and body. Toni wants to create a safe, all inclusive, non-judgmental space for all.

Penny-Paige Murray completed her 200YTT with Shanti Yoga Training School in 2020.
She believes yoga is for everyone and strives to teach in a way that is accessible and approachable to all, with a strong emphasis on connecting slow breath to dynamic movement. She sees yoga practice as a wonderful path to supporting physical, mental, and spiritual thriving.
She lives in Madisonville with her husband and two kids and their golden doodle. She loves to spend time outdoors with her family and friends. She is also working towards a Masters in Counseling at SLU.
