Lodging: We will be staying 4 nights in a stunning Victorian House in Hot Springs National Park, AR, close to restaurants, shopping and Bathhouse Row. This beautiful house includes twelve-foot ceilings, chandeliers, huge rooms, lots of light and good vibes - it's truly special. Just a short distance to the casino, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and hiking trails. This 6 BR, 2 Bath home has 8 beds. (2 King, 4 Queen, and 2 Single). This home is quirky, comfortable, and fun.
Even if you save money by bringing a friend, partner, or family member, by agreeing to share a bed, you may still end up in a bed all to yourself. It will depend on the number of people who register.

Yoga: Bring your yoga mat and any props that you would like. Join Brenda Kelly for refreshing yoga practices during our trip. We will take time to reflect, journal, and meditate as we go throughout each day of our retreat.

Activities: Bring your walking shoes, as our location has hiking trails just at the end of the street. Don't be surprised if you come across a natural hot spring or waterfall.
Connect with the earth:
We will spend a day mining for crystals at a local mine. Plan on getting dirty! Find natural gemstones like Ruby, Emerald, Turquoise, Tourmaline, Garnet, Amethyst, Crystal, Aquamarine & many, many more. Keep whatever your find! You will receive a diamond pouch and a colored gemstone pouch to sift through for hidden treasures before heading into the museum where you will see a 2,000 lb. Quartz Crystal, and a 4,400 lb. Amethyst Geode.
Connect with the water:
We will take a Riverboat Cruise of Lake Hamilton with a narrated tour by the boat's captain. Listen as he unfolds secrets of America's "Spa City".
The itinerary will also include a time that you could schedule a mineral bath, massage, facial, or other therapeutic session from one of the many bathhouses in the area. (I have personally experienced an AMAZING couples session at Quapaw Baths and Spa. Check out their Seasonal Package for the same experience, which included a mineral bath, couples massage, facial, and foot scrub - 3 hours of bliss!).
Connect with the air:
Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Ouachita Mountains, Hot Springs Mountain, the Diamond Lakes area, and the beautiful city of Hot Springs, Arkansas from atop the Hot Springs Mountain Tower (an elevation of 1256 feet above sea level).
