After a confirmation has been emailed to you, a courtesy hold requires payment within 5 working days to secure the reservation.
For places that have a wait list, a 24hr courtesy hold will be offered.
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Yoga Blossom retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.
“You” refers to the guest booking a Yoga Blossom retreat.
“We” refers to Yoga Blossom LLC.
TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To join the retreat we recommend you have travel insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES you will be engaging upon on your retreat & TRIP CANCELLATION.
Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.
With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your trip, Yoga Blossom does not offer refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within two years of your original retreat date. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.
Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.
Fees are determined by the following schedule:
If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Yoga Blossom Retreat.
If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Yoga Blossom Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat.
If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Yoga Blossom Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.
If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.
YOGA BLOSSOM CANCELLATION POLICY
If Yoga Blossom must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.
Yoga Blossom is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. We reserve the right to cancel any event for any reason, without notice.
YOGA BLOSSOM STUDIO CANCELLATION POLICY
Early Cancel: If you cancel more than 4 hours prior to the class starting, you will not use a class from your account pass, and you will still have a class credit, good for up to one year.
Late Cancel: If you cancel out of a class from your account or over the phone within 4 hours of the class starting, you are considered a Late Cancel. A class will be deducted from your class pass. We encourage you to have a friend or family member attend in your place.
No Show: If you are registered for the class or added from the wait-list with at least 4 hours notice and do not show up for the class, you are considered a No Show. A class will be deducted from your class pass. We encourage you to have a friend or family member attend in your place.
Wait-List: By signing up for the wait-list you are agreeing to the same policies stated above. You will not be automatically added to the class if a space opens up within 4 hours of the class starting time – that slot is open to anyone. In this scenario, if you are already on the wait-list, you can take yourself off of the wait-list and sign up for the open space in class.
All sales are final. Returns in the form of account credit may be permitted in select cases at the discretion of Yoga Blossom management. In these select cases, account credit can be used for future purchases and times may be limited.
Yoga Blossom has made every effort to obtain permission to use images of event participants in all imagery on the website. If a photo has been used without permission and you would prefer it not to be used, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to remove your photo.
When you sign up for an account at Yoga Blossom or make a purchase online or in-person, you are asked to provide the following information: your first and last name, e-mail address, billing address, phone number, and credit card payment information. This information is required to complete the billing process and establish your account at Yoga Blossom. Yoga Blossom may contact you regarding purchase information or to inform you of major changes in its services or policies. In addition, if you indicate on the billing form that you are interested in receiving further information from Yoga Blossom, we may occasionally send you direct mail via electronic mail and/or postal mail about Yoga Blossom sales and special events, information about our programs and other services that we feel may be of interest to you.
No Release of Information to Third Parties:
Personal information gathered on Yoga Blossom's site will not be released to third parties. Upon request, Yoga Blossom will (1) remove your personal information from our database; (2) correct personal information that is erroneous; (3) permit you to unsubscribe from further electronic mail or postal mail contact. You may also edit your personal information yourself and unsubscribe from further contact through your MindBody Online account.
Lost, Stolen & Found:
Yoga Blossom will not be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances. Please refrain from bringing valuables into the studio. The studio provides a lost and found box for items left behind. After 60 days unclaimed items (including yoga mats) will be removed and donated to a local charitable organization.
